How to use TribuPlex 750:Suggested Usage: Take 1 capsule up to 4 times daily or as directed by your qualified health care provider. To enhance strength and muscle it is recommended 2 capsules 30 minutes prior to workout on empty stomach and 2 capsules again in the day with food.
