How to use Quick Release Caffeine:Take 1 quick release tablet 1-2 times daily, 30 minutes before breakfast and lunch or physical activity. Best results when taken every day for at least 4 weeks consecutively. Do not exceed 4 tablets per day. Store at 15-30 degrees C (59-86 degrees F). Protect from heat, light and moisture. Do not purchase if seal is broken.
