How to use Phosphagen Elite:Recommended Use: Mix one scoop with 8 oz of cold water. Take one scoop two times daily. Some individuals may experience a mild flushing sensation on initial use. If this occurs, divide daily dose into 1/2 scoop doses gradually increasing dosage from 1 to 2 scoops daily. If flushing continues, limit dosage to 1 scoop daily or discontinue use. Note: Athletes who engage in intense, regular exercise should consume at least 120 oz of water per day. Drink an additional 16 oz of water for each pound of weight lost during exercise.
