How to use No-V:Suggested Use: For best results: take 3 caplets twice daily - once in the morning on an empty stomach and 1/2 hour prior to lunch. To maximize results, drink at least 64 ounces of water daily while using NOV. Ephedra based products may reduce the effectiveness of NOV. For best results, don't eat for at least 30 minutes before or after you take NOV. Don't take NOV after 4:00 pm. Although NOV contains no stimulants of any kind, it may keep you awake.
