How to use Excite:Recommended Use: As an Adult dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules daily with a meal. For a more immediate response take three (3) to four (4) capsules 90 minutes before activity.

Polypodium Vulgare (20-Hydroxyecdysone) Standardized 8% 20-EDC.
