How to use Clif Shot:Drink Clif Shot Electrolyte during activity. Mix with cold water according to the chart below. Shake well and adjust concentration to desired level. Consume 16 oz every 30 to 60 minutes depending on conditions and intensity of activity. Chart: 7 oz Flask: 1 scoop. 16 oz Small Water Bottle: 2.5 scoops. 20 oz Regular Water Bottle: 3.25 scoops. 24 oz Large Water Bottle: 4 scoops. 50 oz Small Hydration Pack: 8 scoops. 100 oz Large Hydration Pack: 16 scoops.
