How to use Tetrazene ES-50:Recommended Use: Take 2 capsules with at least 8 fluid ounces (a full glass) of water approximately 1 hour before breakfast, lunch and dinner. DO not exceed a total of 6 capsules per day. This product contains 180 mg of caffeine per dose and should not be taken after 6 pm to avoid sleep disturbances.
