How to use Male Fuel:As a dietary supplement for Men, take 6 capsules daily, preferably 3 capsules during the daytime and another 3 capsules 60 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed 6 capsules daily. Taking more than the recommended amount will not improve results and may cause adverse reactions listed in the warnings. Begin use with half the recommended dose (3 capsules daily) to access your tolerance. Also follow a low cholesterol and low animal fat diet and exercise program daily.
