Some Common
Ordering Questions
Question:
How do I know you
received my online order?
Answer: You will receive an email from us with-in 1 hours after you
place your order. This email confirmation will list all the products on your
order. If you don't receive an email confirmation with-in 24 hours please
contact us ASAP.
Question: How do I know when my
order gets processed and shipped?
Answer: We process orders Monday thru Friday and not on weekends. You will receive another email listing all your shipped
items, UPS Tracking Number, a link to the UPS Tracking Page and any backorder items along with the expected shipping date of the
backorder items.
Question: When will I get my
order?
Answer: It normally takes 1 to 5 business day, depending on your
location. Please see our
Shipping
Information for more details. Question: What
types of payments do you accept?
Answer: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and
Discover. We also take check/debit cards as long as they have a Master
Card or Visa Emblem on it. If you don't have a credit card you can mail
us in a money order or check (orders paid by check will be delayed 10 business
days in order for the check to clear)
NOTE: To protect the credit card holders and ourselves, we use AVS (Address Verification Service): A service that
verifies the credit card holder's Bill To address in order to combat credit card fraud. If we can not verify your credit card
Bill To address we will not ship your order. We do not accept non USA credit cards.
(this means we will only accept credit cards from customers that live in the
United States Of America)
Note: Your Bill To address is your
address on your monthly statement, you receive this statement from your bank or credit card company.

way for us to contact you with important information about your order.
Our order processing
system is automated to use email for delivery of important information
about your order. For example, the system sends you a confirmation by email
when you place an order with us. When the order is
shipped, the system automatically generates another email to tell you when
it shipped. If the order is cancelled or backordered, or if we have to
issue you a credit, you'll get confirming email on these operations as
well.
In addition,
if there is a problem with your order, our Customer Service representatives
will be able to contact you through email and give you a written explanation
of the problem along with instructions for what to do about it.
We will do our
utmost to protect the privacy of your email account. We will not sell or
market your email address to third parties. All communication you receive
from Spinelli's Nutrition Center through this account will be related to
the processing of your order.
Please take a
moment to be sure that the email address you enter on the form is correct
and complete. If we are unable to deliver mail to the address you submit,
we won't have any other way of getting in touch with you to correct the
problem. If you don't receive a confirmation of your order by email within

Returns and
Cancellations

Shipping charges
are not refundable.

NOTE: We are not
responsible for health or fitness claims, or any general or specific guarantees
made by manufacturers for any product.

No returns will
be accepted for the following brand names.
Muscletech.
Be sure to
include your packing slip with the returned goods so we'll know whose account
we should credit. If you want to exchange an item for something else or
the same thing in a different size, please include a note to that effect
indicating the desired item or size.
Don't forget
to insure the package for the full price of all items
enclosed. Although we accept responsibility for lost items during shipment to your destination,
we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during the
return trip to us.
Your satisfaction
is our main concern, and if you have a problem with your order we'd like

Cancellation
Policy
You may cancel
an order (or part of an order) any time up until it is shipped. To request

Once an order has shipped, you must receive the package and send it back
to Spinelli's Nutrition Center in accordance with our Return Policy above.
When we receive the items along with your packing slip we will issue a
credit to your account. |

Sales Taxes
Since our facility
is located in tax-free* Delaware, we don't have to charge sales tax for
any goods purchased from our store, regardless of the shipping destination.

Our Prices

Since we buy in volume, we can offer you a much lower price then retail. If you
shop around, you'll find we are one of the lowest priced stores on-line and
still offer great customer service. Every once in a while you may find a lower
prices item from some fly by night retailers that are selling expired products
or make you wait a few weeks to get your order.

Due to the fact we only make a few bucks on each order, we can't afford to give
any additional volume discounts.

Please notice that we will not match or
beat prices on the rare occasion that you may find a lower advertised price
somewhere else. Just be sure to verify the following before ordering, the items
are in-stock, not expired, a real business with a real location you can visit,
they protect your personal information (like your credit card numbers).
